- Genuine Organic Mirin (Ohsawa)
Genuine Mirin (True Mirin or Hon Mirin) is made through a natural fermentation process of organic sweet rice, rice koji, shochu and sea salt and aged for 9 months. The end product is a umami rich, golden, thick glaze that is used in many Japanese dishes to add sweetness and shine. (no preservatives, no added sugars, no corn syrup etc)
